“There is hope in the darkest of spaces and I am passionate about holding it for my clients until they can hold it for themselves.  I create a safe space for clients to navigate barriers, burdens, their story, and areas of life they feel stuck.

My style is conversational and down-to-earth; while my approach is warm, practical, safety and goal-oriented, and contextualized to the uniqueness of each client.

My specialty is in empowering clients to grow in self-awareness, unravel confusion, and to be equipped with practical tools that they can use in their every day life to find relief and freedom, and so they can move towards becoming the people they long to be. And when it’s natural and appropriate, I enjoy laughing with my clients. Therapy can involve deep, hard work, but I believe it also can be light and fun.
